We’re a small but senior team of designers, strategists, and writers with years of agency and independent experience. That means you get our combined expertise, without the red tape, impersonal approach, or exorbitant fees of a large agency. To be clear, this isn’t Fiverr; it’s an investment for dedicated founders and business owners who are ready to work with creative partners and take their brand to the next level.

We value human ingenuity and creativity, and have a vast network of talented creatives, including developers, illustrators, and motion designers, that we can tag in when the project calls for it. You won’t have to worry about finding or vetting an external contractor; as former Division 1 athletes and current coaches outside of our 9-5, we’re no stranger to putting the best team together.
The people at our core
Kelly Freitas
Kelly, our Co-Founder and Creative Director, leads AGP’s brand identity projects. Before launching the studio, she was an Art Director at a digital design agency, where she partnered with some of the country’s most iconic brands. Over the years, she’s collaborated with Redbull and Seventeen Magazine, just to name a few.
Think the list of accomplishments ends there? Think again! This multi-talented creative is also a field hockey coach, watercolor painter, and thrift-store-lover. What can’t she do?! We have yet to find out.
Co-founder, Creative Director
Jenna Freitas
Our Co-Founder, Jenna, leads AGP’s internal operations, project management, and creative strategy. She has nearly a decade of experience, both in-agency and in-house, as former Design Director of Her Campus Media and later, Design Director at Outdoor Voices.
Notice a little pep in her step? It’s probably the $11 spiced cherry latte she got from Austin’s cutest coffee cart. Or could be all that residual energy from marathon training. Despite being the speediest gal around, she also manages to crush her reading goal. How does she do it?!
Co-founder, Design DirectorOlivia Berkovits
Olivia, our Brand Strategist and Lead Writer, is the crafty creative running AGP’s strategy, messaging, and copywriting. She’s partnered with design agencies around the world, freelanced for brands like Organic Olivia and Robyn, and written for major dailies like The Toronto Star (did we mention she’s our resident Canadian?)
If you see her in something new, chances are she made it. Sewing, beading, quilting…she loves any and every grandma-coded hobby.
